WELL for Residential Certification
Our team manages WELL for Residential Certification, working with home builders and developers to certify multifamily housing projects across the US.
Launched in July 2023, WELL for Residential is an evidence-based, third-party verified certification program for architects, builders, developers and operators to create healthier, more resilient homes.
From addressing air and water quality to selecting safer materials, the program includes more than 100 impactful strategies that are applicable to new and existing residences in a multifamily building or a community of single-family homes. WELL for Residential helps meet the demand for healthy homes and establish resident confidence and trust through the WELL Residence seal. Clients can distinguish unit performance or benchmark progress by referencing how many points each unit has accumulated over time.
Informed by the WELL Standard and developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) in collaboration with insights from more than 100 residential advisors, the WELL for Residential program was developed for the residential market by the residential market.
As WELL Accredited Professionals (WELL APs), our team is recognized as experts in the WELL Standard. This credential allows us to apply the standard and guide clients through the entire WELL process, from project registration to successful certification.
By becoming early adopters of WELL for Residential, US home builders and developers can demonstrate their leadership and commitment to health within the residential market. As consultants and leading experts in the creation of healthy homes, WLLW acts to support and advise, ensuring the process of certification runs smoothly from start to finish.
