WLLW Trade Program Application
Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive a discount code for use at checkout, and our Trade Team will be available to assist with project sourcing. Trade discounts apply to full-priced merchandise and cannot be combined with sales or other promotions. Tax exemptions are also available upon submission of the required documentation.
Proof of Trade Document
Please submit your completed trade application and valid resale certificate below, along with one of the following documents: Current Business License, W-9, Federal ID Form, EIN FORM. Acceptable formats are PNG, PDF, and JPEGs.

Is there a minimum order?
There’s no minimum order to open a trade account. Some products may have quantity minimums for bulk pricing, and we’ll always let you know if that’s the case.
What if I need something custom?
We work closely with our makers and in many cases, bespoke sizes, finishes or small modifications can be arranged. Let us know what you have in mind and we’ll explore what’s possible.
How long will my order take?
It depends on the item. Pieces we have in stock typically ship within a few business days. Made-to-order items vary by maker – we’ll confirm lead times when you place your order and keep you updated along the way.
Do you offer expedited and international shipping?
Yes, we do. We’ll advise on the best delivery options for your location and project timeline at the point of order.
